Hi Tim,
Sorry to take so long to get back to you, but I have been looking for the seat belt decals to let you know what they are! My basement is somewhat in disarray right now because I have been selling a lot of my model collection off. Not to worry most of it is 1/72 aircraft and sci-fi stuff. Needless to say I have not had any luck in finding them. I believe that I made the decals with my computer and printer. I then copied the Norton logo onto white decal paper. If I would've found them I would have sent them to you. I'll keep looking in the meantime. If I find them I'll let you know.
As far as the suspension, I did have pictures. The basic geometry of the PC-9B is the same as the PC-9 and PC-10. If you are need of pictures PM me and I'll send you what I have. The windscreen was done by first spraying the the black stripe on the edge of the windscreen. I used my Paasche airbrush for this and Testors Model Master Paints Classic black. Once that was completed I sprayed the inside of the windscreen with Tamiya clear yellow acrylic paint X-24 with my airbrush. I let this sit for a couple of days just to make sure all was dry so I could handle it for decaling. I then used Indycals rivets laying them on the black paint. Once the decals set and dried I then used Tamiya Acrylic clear with my airbrush.
As far as pictures, I scoured the internet. I found the the rear suspension is much the same on the PC-9, PC-9B and PC-10. If you are in need of pictures PM me and I will send what I have to you.
Hope this helps you, Jim

I know that this build is somewhat dated, as a matter of fact the question was asked in 2018. The question was where did I get the seat belt badges for the PC-9B? Believe it or not I have not forgotten that question. I had been trying to think of what I did for the seat belt badges for the 1981 Norton Penske PC-9B. I had originally looked high and low through the seat belt decals that I use. I then thought I had made them on my printer, but wasn't sure, because normally I make a bunch of them, but I couldn't find any. I wanted to send the extras to Tim! Well as fate would have it, yesterday I finally discovered what I did them from. As usual, as I was looking for something else and I realized what I had done. What I did was order the 1/64 1981 Indy winner decals from Indycals. I used the front wing decals for badges in 1/25 scale! I never thought to look through my 1/64 scale decals, until the other day. I don't really build in 1/64 scale so I never looked in that box. Looking through those decals the other day I had a eureka moment! I realized what I did! I'm just so sorry it took so long! However, on that note I wanted to mention as a tip that many times I have ordered other scale Indycals decals for just that very purpose. When I need a decal that might be missing, such as decal badges, I always check out the other scale decals from Indycals.
