OK this is a vented disc brake set I have bent the center fins carefully to 90 degrees and the fins all line up in the slots on both sides of the rotors and I have tried 3 times to glue the assembly together , note the bottom of the fins is flat and the top is higher than the center.. I cant get these to stay together. I am using C/A gel cement ... Would epoxy be the solution? I hate mixing epoxy but I have some ... and other suggestions? CHRIS HALE ,SHERMAN OAKS CA.

They are Photo etch, all the pieces are flat until you bend the fins 90 degrees then on the one side there is a .077mm gap in the center where it all goes together so you have to glue the fins to the outer face of the rotor, the fins are .003mm so not much contact area. C/a just wouldn't hold it together, but 5 minute epoxy did the job... this is what it looks like done.. now 3 more to build... Chris Hale, Sherman Oaks, Ca.
