Did this car run any other races/years other than Indy 1952-54?
Was it retired after the 1954 race?

Not my era and I could be wrong but I don't think it ran again after the 54 500

according to Gordon White's book on the history of the Kurtis Indy cars, the Fuel Injection special ran only three times, the 1952-54 500s. Gordon's book is excellent, by the way.

Yes only ran those three races. When Howard Keck donated the car to IMS Museum he specified that the only person that would ever drive the car was Vuky. To insure that, he had Traver's & Coon remove the camshaft and destroy it. That is why the car has never been back on the track and is for display only.
