Hello and glad to be here; That's various links from Indycals site that brought me here. Finally, found a site focused on Indy and US single seaters racing. There aren't many, hope a long life to ICM.
I was looking to the 1963 - 1978 Indy era topics that I like the most, and begin to search for Indy models to complete a small collection of Carousel / replicarz 1/18 and some SMTS/ SRC and Spark 1/43 all USAC cars. the only kit at home just found on Ebay is the old model Andretti Brawner Hawk Ford V8 by BANDAI, at the 1/16 scale Funny and strange, but on the box they state it is a Brabham ! A much modified one, I think. Happy to be in a so knowledgeable company
to make it short, Toulouse is a place where main Airbus aircrafts are drawn, then assembled then to fly all over the world Michel Vignères ( the Len Sutton rule I agree with ! )

...and I am a Dan Gurney fan,he won the french GP twice at Rouen, then conceived beautiful and straightforward racing cars.Love books and mags around Dan Gurney topics.
Modelling : at the moment, I am on the last steps to complete the turbine powered Howmet TX by MPC ( 1/25 ) .A very rare kit, and with ten mistakes from the manufacturer ! a hard job with surprises at every step. Daytona 1968 version with decals found on ebay, and Good Year blue ring ordered on Indycals great site.

oh,and if one day my avatar come to life as a model : the Agajanian backed Shrike Offy TC( Ronnie Duman ), my favoured all time Indy car.And the purest rendering of a cigar shaped car, to my eyes.Hard to find a simpliest and straight to the point car.
In Europe, we don't know so much how many different shaped cars have tried to conqueer the brickyard. And beautiful forgotten ones, like the Shrike.

Thks Dan, thanks Mike
added a few links to my first images on Lance Shrike topic.I can't succeed in getting the photos displayed without the need to click on the URL. But at least it works with a long process ( 4 steps inside JOOMEO image hosting site, then opening the BBCode, then copy and paste the URL link created by Joomeo, and finally saving all and posting )

Great Jim, just read it.But meanwhile, I found a solution with JOOMEO.Just performed a search on Google ( but with french language results ) and a website listed all the recommended hosting image tools, and I decided to use Joomeo, that I didn't now one hour ago !
The only thing as I said already, is that the pic is not directly displayed on the post.
Hope you 'll enjoy the 3 Shrike pics I linked to.
