I may be wrong but the Hasegawa kits are pretty much the same, I have both in my stack but have never compared them. I built the Stewart Racing Lola years back and it came out alright. The suspension is very fine and a bit spindly , easily broken, no I didnt, but the over all build was quite satisfying I thought it would be kind of cool to do all of them as a kind of Diorama false grid. One I really wanted to build was the Dome Racing Lola that was driven by Damon Hill before he went into f-1. Their site had some good reference pics and I have and F3000 photo file I will downlaod to my Fotki in a few minutes so you can take a look. Dome is responsible for many Race cars out of Japan and has competed Lemans , F3000, F-1 and other Racing series. Chris www.dome.co.jp/e/race/public.fotki.com/pmodwrks/1-f3000-series/

Hi Chris, thanks for posting your references. I'll definitely take a look at that!
From whatI can tell, Hasagawa does make a T-89 also, but they are different molds. Their both nice, but from the pics I saw, the Modeler's was just a little nicer. I'd still like to build a Hasegawa someday, though.
Because these kit's were 1/24 scale, and I had a Cosworth BDA in that scale, I got the idea in my head to make a Formula Atlantic car. But the Atlantics never used the Lola, and the Lola is not very similar in shape to the Ralts and Swifts used in Atlantic, and they switched to Toyotas right around that time anyway, so I canned that idea before I got too far!
