Chris also made a conversion for the Southeast Finecast Packard Cable kit that included a resin body.

There were several reasons , poor sales burned out hearing people say "thats nice, what are you doing next?" But mostly I think it was a matter of loosing interest in models and becoming interested in playing guitar. Lance

chris was very gung ho about the original concept of the irl-grass roots drivers etc. he seemed to lose interest after the CART teams came back.. Grass Roots? Rob Grill and co could have really busted the IRL wide open in the early days ;D

Chris also made a conversion for the Southeast Finecast Packard Cable kit that included a resin body. keith I've never seen or heard of that...I know he had decals for that car but not a body. I've gone through every MRRN and no mention of it. (other than decals)

That is what I have.. Decals for the Wills (eastern) fine cast: But no Body.... (so no crime??)

I have exactly the same red box with my Miller kit! Pity I never knew about Chris's Miller Body.. It is much better than that Mullti Piece one that came with the Wills Finecast kit (later: Eastern Fine cast). Looking at the picture: Is it correct that the resin body was in 2 parts: the front section and a separate seat/tail one? Paul
