Here is what I created this category for, I hope some of the detail, finishes and methods will carry over to open wheel building and as always learning is key.. Monogram Porsche 904 Carrera GTS scratch built oil cooler, scratch built driving lights. suspension made from stainless tube, R&B nuts ,bolts and washers. scratch built coil over shocks. Batter clamps and wiring , photoetch pedal set and a sixties drivers seat from a Shelby GT350 ( white metal) headlamps made from clear stock and etched with unique pattern these KA metal decals are awesome!! Paint is Tamiya Light Gunmetal as I felt the Silvers were ...well too silver! almost done, notice the throttle linkage made from stainless tubing brass photo etch and brass nuts also with a super small spring from a watch , I am finishing the steering wheel and then the body goes on with some additional detail this 7 month build will be ready for the May 3 So Cal NNL...finish pics to come. Impressive representation of one of my favorite Porsche's.
