Indy "500" Racer. A nice try but sorry Lindberg, no cigar. This is actually a model of a somewhat modified Pininfarina "Sigma" concept car from 1969. Lindberg also released this car as a set which included a Hauler. Attachments:

as I remember 'back in the day', Lindberg kits were the Yugos of model kits. horrible detail, if you called that detail and didn't seem to be to any one scale.
the Lindberg kits of today aren't bad, but several are reissues of old IMC kits, such as the Lil Red Wagon.
if only Lindberg would re-issue the IMC Lotus kits......THEN we would have something.

This kit is more like an unassembled toy. It is approximately 1/18 scale and has maybe 20 parts. The parts are molded in a waxy flexible plastic like the old 2 piece tires of the 70's.
