Hi:
I would like to rewatch this race, which I don´t know it was. I have these tips:
-CART series (1995-1999); -Greg Moore won it; -Oval, short-curse; -He chase his position in 10 (or more) laps side-by-side with another driver. -He won after more than 70 laps without refuel.
Regard´s

Moore won five races in his short CART career from 1996 until his untimely death in 1999. Moore recored his first CART win at Milwaukee in 1997. He battled with Tracy early on and then survived a late charge from Andretti to win his first race and become the youngest CART race winner at that time. Moore scored his second victory a Detroit two weeks later, when Gugelmin and Blundell ran out of fuel on the last lap.
In 1998 Moore won two more races the first at Rio beating Zanardi after the two battled for a number of laps at the end Moore passing Zanardi on the outside to seal his win. This could be the race your trying to find? The Rio track was a trapazoid shape just short of two miles in length. Moore then won the US 500 at Michigan later in the year for his fourth win.
Moore then won the CART opening race in 1999 at Homestead and won pretty handedly in that race for his fifth and final win.
Hope that helps you out, Jim

Hope that helps you out, Jim By elimination: -Detroit: not oval -Michigan: Long-curse oval (I remember, if my neurons aren´t burnt, they used normal wings) -Rio: Track has gear reduction, It´s impossible to run side-by-side for many laps. Also, I´ve certain wasn´t this race. -Homestead: long-curse, as Michigan. -Milwaukee: Maybe this one. I´ll try to watch in Youtube. Regard´s
