Does anyone have any photos of the engine bay detail for this generation of cars? Any pictures, drawings, specs, links or other help will be greatly appreciated.

Wow, these shots are amazing. How did you get them?
Very colorful engines, and small too. Do you have any idea of the dimensions or where I can get that information?
I am also interested to see that despite the deep concave areodynamics of the engine cover, the oil and water coolers remain squarish, rather than teardrop shapes as in F1. And am I right in observing that they wen to torsion rod rather than coil springs for the rear suspension? That would make for a lower profile, I suppose.

I took the shots myself. Buddy Lazier is a friend which has gotten me some very good access at times.The later shots of the Sam Schmidt car I took when I did some model cars for him.
They did not go to a torsion bar set up. Those are just rods put into place when they do not have the shocks and coil springs in place. Hopefully I find some shots with the springs in place and post later today.
